*PLEASE NOTE THIS POLICY RELATES TO OUR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY. OUR IN-STORE POLICY IS DIFFERENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THOSE PURCHASES CAN BE FOUND ON THE IN-STORE RECEIPTS PROVIDED WHEN PURCHASING AN ITEM.
Coco Boo Loves accepts returns and exchanges of unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and with tags attached.
Each Parcel will come with a returns form, when returning an item this form needs to be fully filled out and returned with the parcel. If this isn’t done fully it may delay our girls being able to allocate your order, which in turn will then delay the whole returns process. Please when posting parcels back try to use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service as unfortunately we can not be held responsible for missing parcels.
For international returns please mark clearly on the outer packaging; Returned goods - No commercial value. Without this if any taxes incur it will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.

Please Girlies try not to forget to include your returns form within the parcel with all relevant information included. If returns forms or order details are not included this can delay the returns process and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process the return within the allocated time mentioned.
ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5/10 WORKING DAYS.
You will receive a confirmation email from ourselves to confirm your return has been received. Once your refund has been processed please allow 3-5 working days for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking provider as unfortunately this is out of our control.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please log into your account for confirmation of refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
If you receive an Item faulty please can you make us aware of this prior to its return. Once we receive this return, any postage costs paid will be refunded back to the buyer. After three months we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods.
PLEASE NOTE* Items purchased from the SALE are non refundable. We can offer an exchange on these items only.
We recently held a FILL A BAG EVENT. This event is something that we are looking at doing on a regular basis. The return policy on this event is non returnable. This information can also be found on the product listing on the main page of our website. This is a blind event and our girls pick the items to send. Its a lucky bag of surprises and that is the whole point of the bags. We tailor make these lucky bags to suite the requirements of the buyer. They are made upon order and we select the items for this event based on that order. Please only enter in this event if you are happy with the terms listed on here and on the product listing.
RETURNS IN STORE
Orders can easily be returned in store :-) however the order will be passed on to our online returns team and your refund will be processed in the same manner in which it was received and can take the same time frame mentioned above to be processed.
Online Refunds will not be processed in store and will always be dealt with by our online team.
If you would like to exchange an item to equal value or less, please request this on returns form and specify what style and which size you would like to exchange for. We will post out exchanged items free of charge thus covering those postage costs.
